AFOA Canada is asking for your participation in a short survey. The survey should take approximately 5 to 7 minutes to complete.

By better understanding you and your experiences, we learn how to ensure AFOA Canada is providing support to our members and how to provide a better service to fit your needs.

The compiled data will be shared with AFOA Canada’s management team who will use the information to look for patterns and identify opportunities for improvement at both the National level and Chapter level.
